Robert M. Bauer
Robert is the founder of Bauer Law Offices in 2015. He has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of intellectual property law, beginning as a Patent Examiner in the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office. He was previously a partner at several firms in New York, Washington, DC, and Pennsylvania. He has lectured domestically and internationally, and testified before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office on patent appeal practice. Since 2011, he has been listed in Best Lawyers in America Mr. Bauer has a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree from Stony Brook University and a law (J.D.) degree from the George Washington University Law School. He is admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeal for the Federal Circuit, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and multiple district courts.
Gregory G. Raymer
Greg is Of Counsel. He is a Registered Patent Attorney focusing on patent application preparation, prosecution, opinion work, and litigation. He has over 12 years of experience, working in several law firms and at Pfizer Inc. He has obtained several noteworthy patents for the Salk Institute founded by Jonas Salk, the inventor of the polio vaccine. Mr. Raymer received his B.S. in Chemistry and his M.S. in Biochemistry from the University of Minnesota. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
Claire Patton
Claire is a multi-talented docketing and patent paralegal. She has over 15 years experience with law firms specializing in intellectual property and is also registered as a patent agent with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Before her IP career, she worked with several engineering firms and is proficient with engineering and patent drawings. Claire received her ABA approved Paralegal Certificate from Capital University Law School and her B.S. degree from the Ohio State University.
